When creating Jutsu, a certain template must be followed. The code is at the bottom of the page. Please follow the rules, as well.

Stamina Cost of Jutsu:
E rank- 1, upkeep 1
D rank- 2, upkeep 1
C rank- 3, upkeep 2
B rank- 4, upkeep 2
A rank- 5, upkeep 3
S-rank- 6, upkeep 3

Topic title format is [(Jutsu rank) (Jutsu specialty)] Jutsu name (Canon/Custom)

Name: Jutsu name
Specialty: Required specialty
Element: Required element, if any

Power: What is the jutsu's power?
Speed: What is the jutsu's speed?
Effects: What does it do?
Stamina Cost: How much stamina does it cost to perform?
Cooldown: How long until this technique can be used again?

Word Count: Word count requirement to learn
Requirements: Additional requirements
Canon?: Can everyone learn this?
