Weapon Creation

Similar to Jutsu, weapons need to be registered before they can be used in combat. Create weapons and puppets using the template below.

Weapons cost 50 ryo per point in power, and 1,500 ryo per special ability. Ninja who don't possess the weaponry spec cannot use weapons over 50 power and with more than one ability.
