Appearance: Kikyo appears as a very well mannered woman and traditional at the first look. She has long bright blonde hair that is back length, only just a few centimeters away from going onto her waist. While her hair is often seen let down, she sometimes ties it into a ponytail or a messy bun (a personal favorite of hers). Her skin complexion is light with almost no scar in tact, or at least that's what's said about her exposed arms and legs. Her height is about average alongside her weight for women at her age. Her body has a mature figure, as it curve to it, but is often hidden by her kimono. She wears, overall, a black kimono with various accents tied into the outfit, such as black, red, white, and gold colors mixing into her outfit with various designs marked on it. She wears a black metal headgear that covers most of the bridge of her nose. Kikyo has on black flower ornaments on the left side of her head, and sometimes carries around a black oni mask with her.

Personality: Kikyo is a spirited woman who always has a soft smile on her face. It just goes to show that she means no harm whatsoever. She's very mature in attitude, but can sometimes slip up and become a bit childish. She views the world with an open mind and tries her best not to be too judgmental. Now that's not to say she's completely cheery and light, but she knows when to show respect and know when to be the bigger person, even if she's willingly ready to break. Kikyo doesn't mind having conversations, even if it'd last for about ten seconds. She's no stranger to getting friendly with other people, just as long as she's met with respect.

Kikyo can be considered as a very witty woman. It's not a guaranteed ability, but she knows when something is wrong and has no problem trying to force the problem out. A few words and condolences wouldn't hurt, even if it wasn't needed. She's sharp with her tongue, so there are times where she can be a bit unapologetic. Kikyo tells no lie, but only when it's necessary. She can get cocky and fresh with other peoples, but it's only out of giggles and jokes and has no intention to harm. Even if there was some harm, there's only two ways she handles it: apologize or tell them to get over it and mention she meant no harm. She can be a bit bossy and commanding, but that's only because she has a lot of self-confidence to believe in her decisions.

History: Not much can be known about Kikyo's past, other than the fact that she forced herself to become a shinobi. Her parents didn't want her to become one because it was too dangerous for their only child. Kikyo had dreams of becoming a shinobi; she wanted to fight, help defend her village, and become one of the strongest shinobi in not only her village, but in the entire ninja world. Unfortunately, her parents didn't approve of her wishes. They wanted her to stay home and hopefully one day get married and become a housewife, just like her mother. From Kikyo perspective as a child, there was no excitement of being a housewife. From that moment, she realized that she had no choice but to listen to her parents. As a child, she didn't really have any resources to rebel from her parents.

When she was 16, Kikyo snuck away from home to attend the academy. While she was able to attend, this also meant that she was homeless, much to her excitement of finally getting on the road of becoming a shinobi. Luckily she managed to make a friend kind enough to let Kikyo stay over at their house until she's ready to live on her own. It's been a year since Kikyo has attended the academy, and she has no intentions of returning to her old home any time soon.
