Due to power or rarity, certain techniques and clans are limited, meaning that only a certain number of people can have them. To keep track of what is limited and who has what, please read the list below. Thank you!

A character, on all of their alts, may have at maximum 2 different limited clans, 3 different limited techniques (2 max per character), and 1 bijuu.

Limited clans are obtained at birth, while limited techniques must be learned at Jounin. The base wordcount for all limited techniques is 8,000 words.
