History: The Tengoku have been around for generations, from even before the formation of the major villages. They, at that time, were a much more prominent clan, known for their production of great warriors and signature kekkei genkai that was hard to mistake. When it came time to form villages they were one of the obvious candidates to lead this initiation, but in reality, they were quite against the idea. They enjoyed the fact that no one group was tied down to anything but themselves, bettering their own instead of others. Obviously, nobody took their standing into account as even today the major villages still exist. The Tengoku did not take a liking to the fact that they were just ignored and had decided to return the favor, isolating away from all other groups and taking home in the mountains located in the Fire Country.

Though that was not the end of the Tengoku. For years following their isolation, they would strive, resorting to keeping their bloodline clean and thus empowering their kekkei genkai . Though this process did take some tolls on the clan that would affect them in the long run. First off, no member would live past 40. In very, very rare cases some would live up to 60 but by then they've probably been bedridden. Secondly, they would have lost the ability to use any other element besides fire. This one wouldn't really be known until recently, however. As with the death of an old head, the new leader had done away with their isolationist ways and opened the doors to outsiders and let their people finally leave home.

Kekkei Genkai:

People of the Paradise Flame: As stated before, the Tengoku specializes in the element of fire, so much so that it is the only element they are able to use, secluding themselves off from the rest of the world and thus forgetting how to use anything else. Though, being people of the flame, their fire is easily distinguishable from others as theirs is clearly a light blue color. These flames, at their core, are no different than regular Fire Style, except for when a member of the clan is using it as any jutsu in which uses the style costs 1 less stamina but cannot go past.

Joining Requirements: One can be born into the Tengoku or can be married in, though others that share their ideas often find themselves to be invited to the clan, especially those that are powerful.

The backstory, joining requirements, symbol, and name, are good. However, keep in mind that a fire technique costing 5 less stamina is going to render all but S-ranks without a stamina cost. There's two solutions for this:

-Each fire jutsu costs 1 less stamina, but cannot get lower than 0.
-Slightly increase the power of all fire jutsu without an extra/lessened stamina cost.
