Hikari’s feminine form truly compliments his clothing attire preference. Due to his clan’s preference for gowns, cloaks, and yukatas; he usually prefers light clothing. He tries to adapt to the Usagi clan’s traditions, and in doing so, Hikari wears a lot of clothing relative to the feminine charm of the Usagi. This includes the gowns and leggings that are popular among the clan due to helping them move lightly around the battlefield in combat. His clothing type is the Ofurisode clothing with long sleeves lapping almost to the ground. The lower body is trimmed to show his shorts or preferred undergarment beneath the skirt of his kimono. Hikari doesn’t mind wearing the default entertainer rabbit leggings and one piece. Not to mention, Hikari bares the ears and cotton tail of the clan that are placed on their clothing. In doing so, Hikari usually is portrayed to be female due to his feminine-like clothing and bright colors. His body seems to be that of average and slender in both arms and frame. However, his muscles for his legs are toned and strong.

The defining features of Hikari are that along his face and upper body area. Hikari does not have marks or scars, but he does have a read tattoo of a heart-shaped mark on his right cheek. This actually covers his original birth mark, thus making them stick out for many people as the ink is flushed red against his skin. It is large enough to covet one-third of his cheek. His hair features are of a violet color and straightened. The locks stop at his mid-back from the back of his hair and the front is swept behind his ear and banded by his faux rabbit ears. This makes his hair cascade along his frontal shoulder blades partly while the rest parts to the back of his clothing.

Personality:

Whenever you would think about the “unusual” of the Usagi Family, you would think “Hikari.” Unlike the rest of his family, he is the only presiding male member, and the sole individual who upholds decency among the clan due to how he combats his destiny. He fights against cemented ideas and concepts that have weathered with time, and is very passionate about what he stands for as far as it comes to his family and how people should be treated with kindness. To this end, he stands as one of the many representative of the Usagi Clan as he protects their way of life, but tries to reasonably interject the notion of civility between themselves and society. Even though he seems to be a straight arrow at all times, it is Hikari’s unpredictable nature that blinds others from just how wise and intuitive he can be! One moment he is innocent based on his principles, and the next he demonstrates a lewd side trademark of his family. Another moment, Hikari may fight in a straightforward manner, the next he may be biding time in order to plot, plan, or consider.

Hikari’s naive way of thinking that the world can change gets him into many situations. Due to him being a very calm person, he often tries to give the benefit of doubt to others. This, no doubt, is what shapes his merciful concept of not severely hurting anyone or killing them, but simple making it so that they do not have the ability to fight (which he even tells them before they do combat). This is handled both in violent and political affairs as he insists for his wayward sisters and female members of the clan to do right by families that they bare children for. However, his feelings of being the only male of the family makes him feel alienated and left out to the point that he shows immature qualities of being a leader such as his dim nature of knowing how people act in the face of power, akin to how they really think.

The agreeable nature he displays however is where Hikari’s charm lies. Due to him being very loving and affectionate towards others, Hikari demonstrates praise to the most trivial of traits of people. He values every part of a being and opens himself up to learning and incorporating what others have to offer. This is also what makes him gullbile as Hikari believes almost anything others say. Still, he is still able to learn, and this is what makes him prime candidate to become a strong leader if he would learn to sort what is true or false for himself, and not be so hesitant to act upon his own accord. His worship of others is somewhat unhealthy, but it is understandable because of how he sees the world…literally.

History:

It had been two centuries since the Usagi Clan had come out of the shadows…

The times had changed and the Usagi clan had gotten a foothold in the world due to Kaguya Otosuki’s reign. With the world starting anew in the way, it meant that the Usagi could finally come from the shadows from being ordinary nomads and start to place themselves in the five nations. It started in Iwagakure and spread like a hostile takeover. With the new image of supremacy, it was taboo for anyone to question them as the Usagi were relative with the name of Kaguya herself.

Thus the Usagi Clan had become potent by the time Hikari was born! With their fame spreading, barbaric practices of survival by the Usagi Clan had instead became almost synonymous with law itself. The Usagi would service the depressed men and women of the other villages while also ingraining themselves into Militia. It had started half a century ago and has become successful every since with the Usagi having men become useful resources to militia of every nation to take care of bandits and rogues; but not participate in war time unless it was profitable to the clan itself. Hikari, who had started to be a male that was kept closer to the clan by his mother, soaked up the ways of the women due to his looks, charm, and reasoning of his mother to cater to the current clan head. Through doing so, he became a clan liaison who would take a census of Usagi Clan members in order to keep business with villages.

Hikari, a Usagi Clan member himself, had received this honor and mercy. His blindness being the perfect plea for his mother to keep him close while also representing a clan in a numerous amount of matters. Thus, a large part of the clan’s structure, Hikari works as a mischievous part of the Usagi’s structure as he represents political matters that may require someone to appear on his behalf because of the clan’s mothers (Heads of the Clan) who may not come to an event. Hikari throughout he years has soaked up the clan’s way through how he was kept close. Thus, his loyalty to them has been ingrained as he represents them, even if it is the lewdest of manners due to him learning the dark nature of the clan’s promiscuity and law as if it is his guidebook.

Throughout Hikari’s young life, he had mostly depended on being trained by his clan, like all Usagi. As the Usagi had not been ingrained into the Village’s shinobi system, as they did not classify themselves as shinobi rather than fighters, then the Usagi lived teaching their own. The way they mold chakra is sloppy and limited, but effective in using their own techniques at optimum. Hikari was the exception to this because of how he is completely reliant on consistent chakra flow in order to sustain his hearing which is at its optimal. He had done this for a large number of his years, even now as he becomes a potent Chakra User to see using his ears.

Hikari was spoiled by his mother and trained to be a lover in an art of seduction as a killer is trained the art of assassination. He naturally charms others with the wiles of a seductress while also maintaining mystery and vagueness. With a sharp tongue, he was able to climb the ranks as he spent so much time with his mother, who was open to teaching him unlike his other clan members due to males being sent to militia. He clung to the ways because he wanted to prove his worth as a Usagi in the same way a woman charms and a male fights. Thus, Hikari dedicated himself to both as he would spend most of his times working as an entertainer, a server, and fighting when needed to amongst the Usagi women who were more strong and able-bodied than most Usagi.

Thus, Hikari is more Usagi than most and in so much more ways than expected…

The history and personality look good. However, Iwagakure is not currently an open village. Additionally, please re-mark your stats so that they display as Speed: 10 (+10), etc. Bloodline boosts do not count towards stat caps, so they're listed separately.

Since Iwagakure is not open, is it possible, with his duty as being a liaison, so be stationed in Konohagakure while still being affiliated in Iwagakure? I am asking because the clan's history is so closely tied to Iwagakure and its stated they are rooted there with their business and with clan matters. So I need a go IC-reason to change things.

I forgot to lower the numbers as designated before because the village thing crossed my mind as I was typing.

I've edited the profile. It's stating stationing in Konohagakure but main village is still Iwagakure.

Okay, but that is just for flavor- we'll discuss this more once Iwagakure becomes a joinable village.
