Matsutani Clan
Name: Matsutani Clan
Symbol:
History: Although the origin of the Matsutani Clan is unknown, it was said that the clan resided within the Land of Earth, specifically a very small village just a few meters away from the border of the country named Kinzokugakure (Hidden Metal Village) created by a missing nin of Iwagakure, Tsuketi Matsutani. Tsuketi was considered one of the top shinobi within the village. Despite being a role model for future shinobi, he despised the way Iwagakure was ran by its current Tsuchikage. As he attempted a coup d'etat by himself, his plans were brought to an end by other shinobi. This resulted into Tsuketi feeling the village and being labeled as a missing nin.
Tsuketi was known to be specialized in weaponry. In his vision, he wanted to create a village solely based on the use of weaponry. Because of this, he created a kekkei genkai that would his criteria of a village: the ability to create weaponry. He would recruit other missing nin into his village, welcome them with open arms and pass his teaching all over the village once he collected enough people. However, his village didn't last for long as his people began to fight each other. They wanted to prove that they were the most skillful weapon user within the village. A war eventually broke out within the village as people began to slaughter each other. Tsuketi tried to control the war, but he was murdered in the process.
Many clan members fled the village to find a new home, with the majority of them moving into Iwagakure. There are a few members in other villages, but the population in every other village isn't as populate as Iwagakure.
Kekkei Genkai:
Steel Release: Steel Release, unlike many other advance natures, is an advanced element of Earth rather than being made up of two natures. With this, clan members are able to create steel weaponry. Let it be a simple katana to a more complex weapon, it's all within the power of the user.
Body Armor: As Steel is an advanced version of Earth, all users would receive damage one rank below the jutsu's own.
Body Armor
Joining Requirements: In Iwagakure, there can be as much members in the village since the clan's village was within Land of Earth. However, the number of members in other villages are limited:
Konoha: 0/5
Kirigakure: 0/5
Sunagakure: 0/5

Re: Matsutani Clan
Hello! I like where you're going with this, but thee's a couple things you need to add.
-Steel release must be apped as an advanced element and linked in this app. Additionally, add that creating steel weaponry/other techniques must be registered as independent jutsu.
-Body armor I see where you're going, but the power of jutsu can greatly vary from one technique to the next. Maybe some actual numbers? Damage resistance of 20 sounds good.
